's Derpy, with a letter and muffin she can either hold in her mouth (yay, magnets!) or put in her nifty removable saddlebags.

I think this is my favorite pony that I have made to date. Accessorizing is such a good thing. And magnets are so fun! Who knew? I had a bit of trouble because I made the muffin too heavy at first, but that's fixed now.

The saddlebags are minky lined with cotton, and they velcro closed. The letter and muffin are also minky. The wings are wired and posable.

How do you make the wings

Two layers of fabric with a layer of quilt batting in between for stiffness and to plump them up a bit. A wire runs through the body and into each wing to make them posable.

I make all of my eyes by appliqueing them in layers - the white, then the color of the iris, the pupil, and then the eyelashes and details.
